Links to Wellbeing

Local responses to community need

Links to Wellbeing is an easy access, no cost, mental health support service available to people living in Central and Southern Adelaide.

Our vision

To improve health outcomes for children, young people and adults who experience mental health issues across the stepped care framework.

The value of working together

Links to Wellbeing is a consortium commissioned by the Adelaide PHN and run in partnership between Neami National, Mind Australia, Skylight Mental Health and Uniting Care Wesley Bowden.

By working together as a consortium, we draw on our individual strengths and connections to the local community. Our shared experience provides a unique service that can provide a range of services that adapt to suit changing needs.

We have strong links and quick referral pathways to local community services connecting people to local services to strengthen and maintain their supports. Together we expand our reach, operating out of seven locations in Central and Southern Adelaide.
