A registered psychologist, Ravi has a holistic approach to therapy, with attention paid to the link between physical and mental wellbeing. Ravi draws on a broad range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and positive psychology. Ravi has worked extensively with adults and older adolescents in various settings including community and crisis mental health services, as well as vocational rehabilitation. She is experienced in working with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, stress,cross-cultural issues, family and relationship issues, work and academic issues, self-esteem, and sleep difficulties.

Ravi brings warmth, compassion and humour to therapy, along with the ability to work uniquely with clients to realise the potential to lead happy and engaged lives.
