Southern Walk in Clinic will operate as normal Monday-Friday 5pm to 10pm – including public holidays at Noarlunga GP plus.
Morphett Vale office will operate in business hours as normal but will not operate on Public holidays.

Eligibility

To be eligible for Links to Wellbeing, you need to live in Central or Southern Adelaide, be 16 or over, and be either:

  • Experiencing increased life stressors
  • Noticing signs of anxiety and/or depression
  • At a low-moderate risk of suicide

When can I begin?

Once we receive your referral to the program, someone from the service will contact you to discuss your needs and eligibility.

If you are eligible for the program, we will work out a time with you to meet face to face.

We encouraged you to be fully involved in planning your treatment, and will support you to practice strategies between sessions.
