We offer a range of free group programs covering issues such as Anxiety, Depression and Health & Wellbeing
Ranging from one-off sessions to six-week programs, our evidence-based group workshops will provide you with practical knowledge and resources to improve your mental health and wellbeing. You are most welcome to bring along a friend, family member or support person the workshops.
All groups run over a number of weeks with 6–12 participants, offering an opportunity to gain some knowledge and start learning ways to manage issues impacting your day to day life. You can enrol while you are waiting for an appointment for your one to one sessions.
