No appointment is required, meaning you can meet with friendly and non-judgmental staff who can provide immediate support. This service can be an alternative to attending the emergency department for mental health issues.

We also offer staff with a lived experience on mental health concerns who provide informed and non-judgemental support to help in times of distress.
With a comprehensive understanding of the mental health system, we can provide information about a range of other services available to you and how to navigate them.
For longer-term support, we can refer to local mental health or counselling services available during regular hours.
For intensive and complex support, we can also refer to acute mental health services.
